* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio and central, northeast,
northern, southeast, southern, and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This morning's Frost Advisory has ended as
temperatures rise into the upper 30s and lower 40s. A Freeze
Warning goes into effect tonight.
