* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...East-central Ohio, including Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas Counties, and the northern West Virginia Panhandle, including Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
