Description:
At 900 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Holmesville, or 8 miles south of Wooster, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wooster, Millersburg, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Shreve, Holmesville,
Mount Eaton, Winesburg, Farmerstown, Apple Creek, Baltic,
Fredericksburg, Mount Hope, and Charm.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
northeastern Ohio.
