* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Harrison, Jefferson OH and Monroe, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers capable of heavy rain could lead to flash flooding in areas where ground is already very wet from prior days of rainfall. In Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia, where less rainfall has occurred prior, heavy rainfall tonight may be sufficient for flash flooding despite the lack of notable prior rainfall. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
