lower 30's expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 11 AM EDT this morning.
For the second Freeze Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
