Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following
counties, Lucas and Wood.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An area of showers and thunderstorms will approach late
tonight and could cause heavy rainfall in the watch area.
Portions of the area received between 1 and 2 inches of rain
in the last 24 hours. Due to wet ground conditions,
additional rainfall could quickly result in flooding.

and preparedness information.
Instruction:
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
