* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Lucas and Wood. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An area of showers and thunderstorms will approach late tonight and could cause heavy rainfall in the watch area. Portions of the area received between 1 and 2 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. Due to wet ground conditions, additional rainfall could quickly result in flooding. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
