* WHERE...Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 226 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicate high water levels across
creeks, rivers, and streams in the warned area from previous
rounds of heavy rainfall.
- Additional rounds of heavy rainfall are expected through this
evening with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta and Lower Salem.
