...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers...
Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Portions of the TJ Evans bike trail are
nearly flooded, without buildings near the Granville Water Plant
flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river will continue to rise and crest around
14.1 feet early this morning. It will fall below flood stage
by mid morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
