* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fairfield, Franklin and Licking. * WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 626 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Newark, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Canal Winchester, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, Beechwood Trails, Granville South, Fairfield Beach, Summit Station, Harbor Hills, Thornport, Etna and New Albany.
