Description:
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up
to 55 mph. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34 will
result in frost formation.
* WHERE...Much of northwest and north central North Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the
Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds may cause blowing dust, which
could briefly reduce visibility at times.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
