Description:
* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, widespread blowing dust with
visibility down to half of a mile. For the Wind Advisory, west
winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Billings, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Slope, and Stark
Counties.
* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 8 PM MDT this evening.
For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.
Instruction:
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay
indoors until the winds subside. Be ready for a sudden drop in
visibility to near zero at times.
