Description:
* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust with
visibility down to a quarter mile. For the Wind Advisory, west
winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Dunn County.
* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, until 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this
evening. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Friday.
* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will
be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Objects left unsecured
outside will be blown around.
Instruction:
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay
indoors until the winds subside. Be ready for a sudden drop in
visibility to near zero at times.
