* AFFECTED AREA...In North Dakota, Cavalier, Pembina, Eastern Walsh, Grand Forks, Steele, Traill and Western Walsh. * WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Winds shift to the west then northwest behind a front this evening. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
