...RED FLAG WARNING FOR STUTSMAN, LOGAN, McINTOSH, LaMOURE, AND DICKEY COUNTIES IN NORTH DAKOTA TODAY... .Critical fire weather conditions will occur late this morning through early this evening over Stutsman, Logan, McIntosh, LaMoure, and Dickey Counties in North Dakota. Minimum relative humidity will fall as low as 23 percent while westerly winds increase to around 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. Any fires that ignite could spread rapidly and become difficult to control. The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...Westerly around 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent. * AFFECTED AREA...Stutsman, Logan, McIntosh, Lamoure and Dickey Counties. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
