Description:
* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
* WHERE...Much of northwest and north central North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
signs. Tree branches may be broken and lead to power outages.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds may return areas of blowing dust
and reduced visibility on Friday.
