Description: 
* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust with visibility as low as a quarter mile. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Much of northwest and north central North Dakota. * WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, until 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening. For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Friday. * IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will be dangerous. The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and signs. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Instruction: 
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay indoors until the winds subside. Be prepared for sudden drops in visibility to near zero at times. Secure items that could be blown around. Use extreme caution when traveling.
