...FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR FAR WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA TUESDAY...
.Critical fire weather conditions are possible across far western
North Dakota on Tuesday. Hot afternoon temperatures in the 90s
will bring humidity as low as 20 percent. This, combined with
southeast winds around 25 to 30 mph and gusting to 40 mph, could
cause critical fire weather conditions across far western North
Dakota starting late Tuesday morning and continuing through
Tuesday evening. Any fires that ignite could spread rapidly and
become difficult to control.
* WINDS...Southeast around 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* AFFECTED AREA...Far western North Dakota.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.
