Description: 
* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Warning, widespread blowing dust with visibility as low as a quarter mile. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Much of northwest and north central North Dakota. * WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Warning, until 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening. For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Friday. * IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and signs. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Instruction: 
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay indoors until the winds subside. Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to near zero at times. Secure items that could be blown around. Use extreme caution when traveling.
