Description:
* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility as low as one mile
in blowing dust. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 45 mph
with gusts up to 65 mph.
* WHERE...Much of northwest and north central North Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until midnight CDT tonight.
For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs.
Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay
indoors. Use extreme caution when traveling, and be prepared for
sudden drops in visibility. Secure items that could be blown around.
