* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility frequently under a mile in blowing dust. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest North Dakota. * WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening. For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ Friday. * IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and signs. Travel will be difficult due to the strong winds and low visibilities. Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.
Instruction: 
Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay indoors until the winds subside. Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to near zero at times. Secure things that could be blown around. Be careful when traveling.
