At 125 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Freeman, or 17 miles northwest of Leland, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Leland, Northwest, Sandyfield, Carvers, Council, Kelly, Batarora, Freeman, Phoenix, Delco, Riegelwood, Navassa, East Arcadia, and Sandy Creek.
