Description:
At 605 PM EDT, broadcast media reported strong thunderstorms
producing a waterspout near Phelps Lake, moving east at 15 mph.
Additional thunderstorms in this area will be capable of brief
landspouts or waterspouts moving off bodies of water onto land.
HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Broadcast media.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.

Alligator, Gum Neck, Columbia, Woodley, Wenona, Scuppernong, Pungo
Lake, Phelps Lake, Frying Pan Landing, Roper, and Creswell.
