At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fort Bragg, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Fayetteville, Lillington, Fort Bragg, Dunn, Angier, Benson, Godwin,
Pope AFB, Hope Mills, and Spring Lake.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 87 and 41.
Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 322 and 342.
