Description:
At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout over Lowland, or 25 miles northwest
of Cedar Island. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lowland.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
