* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves around 8
feet in the surf zone. For the Beach Hazards Statement, these
breaking waves will result in rough surf conditions and a high
risk of rip currents.
* WHERE...Eastern Currituck County.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.
Instruction:
Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
