Glenn Bridge Park river access is experiencing minor flooding. Westfeldt Park is experiencing scattered flooding. French Broad River floodwaters are causing isolated to widely scattered farmland flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet tomorrow morning. - Action stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
