* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Franklin and Clinton counties in New York.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Primary area of strong winds will be in
northern portions of these counties, especially near US Route 11.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
