* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Franklin and Clinton Counties in New York
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be along the US 11
corridor from Malone to Chateaugay in New York.
