* AFFECTED AREA...Northeastern New York, the Champlain Valley, and Upper Connecticut River Valley in Vermont. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 26 to 30 percent. * TEMPERATURES...50 to 58 degrees. * FUELS...Per coordination with our partners, the recent dry weather has caused fine dead fuels across the region to dry out. * IMPACTS...If any fires were to start the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain.
