In Vermont, Champlain Valley of Vermont. * TIMING...The lowest humidities will be between 7 PM and 9 PM, while the strongest winds will be between 9 PM and midnight. * WINDS...South 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 to 35 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Slowly falling back into the upper 50s to mid 60s. * Impacts...If any fires were to start the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain.
