At 826 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Rock City Falls, or near Saratoga Springs, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Saratoga Springs, Kings, Greenfield, Barnes Corners, Saratoga Race Course, Frink Corner, South Greenfield, Kings Station, Pages Corner, Middle Grove, Greenfield Center, and North Milton. People attending Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) should seek safe shelter immediately! This includes Interstate 87 near exit 15.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
