miles northeast of Salamanca, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

Salamanca, Allegany State Park, Great Valley, New Albion, Carrollton,
Randolph, Napoli, Little Valley, East Otto, and East Randolph.
This includes Interstate 86 between exits 15 and 23.
