miles west of Baldwinsville, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Fulton, Central Square, Cato, Hastings, Volney, Constantia, West
Monroe, Palermo, Phoenix, and Ira.
This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 34.
