Description:
At 1048 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from near Downsville to near Horseheads. Movement was
southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Rockland, Chemung, Binghamton, Elmira, Vestal, Johnson City,
Endicott, Fallsburg, Southport, and Carbondale.
Instruction:
