* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico, Otero Mesa, East Central
Tularosa Basin/Alamogordo, Southeast Tularosa Basin, Western El
Paso County, Northern Hudspeth Highlands/Hueco Mountains, and Rio
Grande Valley of Eastern El Paso/Western Hudspeth Counties.
* WHEN...From noon to 9 PM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust is also likely to develop.
Blowing Dust Advisories and Dust Storm Warnings may be needed.
