* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...The lowlands of south central New Mexico and much of Far West Texas, including El Paso and Las Cruces. * WHEN...From noon to 9 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust is also likely to develop. Blowing Dust Advisories may be issued as we get closer to Sunday.
