Description:
At 522 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Pastura, or 20 miles northeast of Vaughn, moving
northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pintada.
This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 253 and 263.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
