At 415 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary extending from 6 miles northeast of Sumner Lake State Park to 10 miles south of Fort Sumner, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Fort Sumner, House, Taiban, Tolar and Sumner Lake State Park. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 323 and 349.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
