At 945 PM MDT, Doppler radar was a strong outflow boundary extending from 14 miles north of Sumner Lake State Park to 7 miles southeast of Tolar, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Quay, House, Ragland, Tolar, Taiban, Montoya, Mcalister and Forrest. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 312 and 319. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 340 and 361.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with this outflow boundary can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
