Description: 
At 902 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary extending from 10 miles southeast of Pastura to 11 miles northeast of Elkins, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Portales, Fort Sumner, Melrose, Elida, Dora, House, Taiban, Tolar, Sumner Lake and Sumner Lake State Park. This includes Highway 60 between Mile Markers 310 and 379.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
