At 326 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Jemez Pueblo to 7 miles northwest of Golden, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Northern Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Santo Domingo Pueblo, San Felipe Pueblo, Kewa Pueblo, Cochiti Pueblo, Santa Ana Pueblo and Cochiti Lake. This includes the following highways... Highway 550 between Mile Markers 1 and 23. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 238 and 274.

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
