Description:
At 331 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Variadero, or 37 miles southwest of Mosquero, moving northeast at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Variadero and Trementina.
This includes State Road 104 between Mile Markers 37 and 54.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
