Southwestern Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico...
* Until 515 PM MDT.
* At 424 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast
of Dunken, or 51 miles southeast of Ruidoso, moving northeast at 10
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Dunken.

windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
