The coldest temperatures will be over the west mesa and along the valley floor. * WHERE...Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro Area, and San Agustin Plains and Adjacent Lowlands. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
