* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 17 to 30 expected.
* WHERE...Estancia Valley, South Central Highlands, Guadalupe County,
Espanola Valley, Santa Fe Metro Area, and Northwest Plateau.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
