Description:
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up
to 55 mph turning northerly past sunset expected. For the Freeze
Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected.
* WHERE...Harding County.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 3 AM MDT
Saturday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT
Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
