Low water crossings along Highway 185 between Angostura and Tonuco will likely flow, leaving mud and debris in the roadway. * WHERE...A portion Dona Ana County in New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. While radar is overestimating precipitation, compared to gauges in the wider region, Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain has fallen in basins - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
