Description: 
At 130 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have ended over the headwaters of the Rio Bonito and the Blue 2 Scar, as well as Nogal Canyon. Around 2 inches of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is likely ongoing. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms in and around the Blue 2 Scar Burn Scar. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flooding of areas in and around the Blue 2 Scar Burn Scar. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Bonito Lake and Nogal. This includes Highway 380 between Mile Markers 73 and 75.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
