The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a * Dust Advisory for... West central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... * Until 530 PM MDT. * At 447 PM MDT, blowing dust was pushing out ahead of a strong thunderstorm over the desert southwest of Las Cruces. The dust will impact portions of I-10 west of Las Cruces shortly. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... Mesilla, Fairacres, Picacho, Corralitos, and Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park.
