The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Dust Advisory for... Southeastern Sandoval County in north central New Mexico... * Until 345 PM MDT. * At 320 PM MDT, a wall of dust was located along a line from 7 miles east of Zia Pueblo to near Sandia Heights, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * Locations impacted include... Bernalillo, Santo Domingo Pueblo, San Felipe Pueblo, Kewa Pueblo, Santa Ana Pueblo, Cochiti Pueblo, Cochiti Lake, Zia Pueblo and Algodones. This includes the following highways... Highway 550 near Mile Marker 1. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 241 and 263.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE STAY ALIVE! Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your foot off the brake.
